Technical Information: IP addresses, device identifiers, browser type and version, operating system, cookies, and log data including access times and pages viewed.

Behavioral Information: Trading patterns, preferences, feature usage, and interaction data used to improve our services.

Legal Compliance: To comply with KYC, AML, and other regulatory requirements applicable in the jurisdictions where we operate.

OKX services are not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we discover we have collected data from a minor, we will delete it promptly.
